Purposes:

Contact data management: The purpose of processing your personal contact data is to manage communications via email and properly manage the professional relationship with you.

Legitimation:

Legitimate interest of the Controller: The Organization has a legitimate interest in managing the contact data of natural persons who provide services in a legal entity with the purpose of maintaining commercial relations with the legal entity where the interested party is providing its services, as well as the communications maintained between the parties. This interest is protected by article 19 of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights.

Execution of a contract: Likewise, part of the communications made will be necessary for the provision of the requested services, so the legitimation of the treatment is based on the execution of a contract.

Conservation period:

The data will be kept as long as your relationship with the Organization is active (and you do not request its deletion) and, in any case, during the periods stipulated by the regulations that apply to the processing described.
